Our process
Presence MRI
Discovery phase to understand your situation (fee applies).
Architect
Blueprint phase if we proceed to full engagement.
Realize
Build phase following the approved blueprint.
Verify
Test and verify against acceptance criteria.
No work begins until a signed agreement and deposit are received.
Fees and payment.
Fee structure
- Presence MRI: fixed fee (applies to full engagement if proceeded)
- Full engagement: fixed fee or time-and-materials per signed SOW
- Expenses: pre-approved third-party services at cost
- Support: monthly retainer for ongoing AI eval & tuning
All fees are quoted in USD. Invoices are due net 15 days.
Payment terms
- Deposit: 50% to commence work
- Progress: 25% at midpoint (for engagements >1 month)
- Final: 25% upon delivery and acceptance
- Late payments: 1.5% monthly interest on overdue balances

- Source code we write for you
- Design tokens and component library
- Content we create or migrate for you
- AI behavior specs we develop with you
- Documentation and reports we deliver
You receive full ownership of custom work we produce for your engagement.
What we retain
- Our methodologies, tools, and frameworks
- The MMP design system (tokens, components, lattice hero)
- Our AI behavioral training approach and specs
- General-purpose code snippets and utilities
We retain ownership of our IP but grant you perpetual licenses for delivered work.
